Maintain at least one validator (full block authority node) for the relay chain;

Register through the Rococo V1 Parachain Registry.
In addition, the acquisition of qualifications for this test will be based on the principle of "first come, first served". Therefore, projects wishing to participate in this test need to submit registration applications as soon as possible to compete for the remaining test seats. but,It seems that some projects that want to participate in the test as soon as possible choose to directly take advantage of the Plasm Network. The cross-chain DEX protocol Zenlink has announced a strategic cooperation with the Plasm Network, and plans to prioritize the integration of the Zenlink DEX module into the Plasm Network.
