Somnia has released a web version of the Metaverse Browser, bringing the Metaverse one step closer to mass adoption.

After the initial release of the Metaverse Browser beta app, Somnia received some great feedback. The community especially asked us to provide a web version of the Metaverse Browser to make it easier to access from mobile devices, especially for users who are unable or unwilling to download the app file.

We have now released web versions of various tasks in the Metaverse Browser, which allows users to access all experiences and all other features in the app.

With the web version, you can now experience all of the following things.

• Cast your avatar;

• Complete the Somnia mission;

• Explore the Metaverse experience;

• Attend virtual events;

Important Update

Users can now view their Metaverse Browser dashboard via the web version, where they can see their Somnia points (the boost will be applied after the snapshot). You can also connect to the Metaverse Browser using the same wallet you used for Galxe, for a smoother integration. However, if you have done tasks on both Zealy and Galxe, you will now only see points from one platform on the dashboard, but you still have points from both platforms.

New Avatar Builder

We have released an improved avatar builder that is more responsive and customizable than our previous product. This is a brand new avatar app that includes new base avatars and new customization options, expanding the range of user-generated content. This will allow creators to create a content ecosystem of custom avatars.

Regarding the adjustments to Season 2's missions and rewards

With the release of the Metaverse Browser web version, we have also readjusted the tasks and rewards for Season 2. There are two main changes: one is the opening of new tasks, and the other is a 10,000 USDT reward. Somniacs can now also see their task points and rewards on the Metaverse Browser.

Additionally, we have decided to pause the Zealy campaign, as some users have reported that the connection setup required for the platform is inconvenient. This means that there will be no new Zealy missions, but those who have already completed Zealy missions will still receive their Somnia Points, which users will be able to see on the missions page when Season 2 ends.
