Treasure Chain is a game chain launched by Treasure DAO (Magic). For those who have just started to understand magic, to put it simply, TreasureDAO (Magic) tries to be a game platform. By entering the Treasure chain platform, users can experience various web3 games. At the same time, these games do not exist in isolation. , there will be interoperability, such as the interoperability of characters, props, and gameplay. In other words, it is interoperable. In order to realize this plan, TreasureDAO launched a game chain, and this chain is to achieve interoperability between different games, thereby realizing a game ecosystem with web3 characteristics. In this game chain, the basis of the economic mechanism is magic, which is the link between different games and the cornerstone of its chain security. Magic is to Treasure chain what eth is to Ethereum.
1.The dream of infinity chain
Judging from TreasureChain’s simple white paper, it has a big dream for the game ecosystem. Its planned future is not completely fixed on a certain L2, nor is it a single L2-based game application chain. It has the concept of an infinity chain. In the early days, it was mainly built using arbitrums rollup technology, but it will not be limited to arbitrum technology. In addition to Arbitrum, it also plans to achieve interoperability with OP, Zksync, polygon and immutable platforms in the future. Its ultimate goal is to become a cross-rollup/chain game platform. For users, regardless of whether the underlying layer is arb, op, Zksync or other various L2/chain technologies, users will not perceive the existence of multiple chains or L2 itself after entering from the Treasure platform. The magic chain will be connected to various L2 or evm compatible chains. Developers can build their own game chains and achieve interoperability between games between different L2s through a decentralized shared sequencer. At the end of the day, the core of the Treasure chain is the decentralized shared sequencer.
2. Benefits of TeasureChain to developers
For web3 game developers, why not develop games directly on arb, op, zksync, starknet, etc., but through TreasureChain? Some of the benefits are that, in addition to synergies between games, it plans to offer some services that other gaming chains may lack. For example, some feature-rich issuance stacks (including on-chain and off-chain functions), lower fees (DAC Data Availability Committee), player account systems (supporting barrier-free login, etc.), game-specific NFT trading markets, and game token AMM markets (Liquidity), local payments, analysis tools, community users, player-centered service functions (unified entrance, tournaments, task and reward systems, message notifications, email notifications, etc.), development kit (TDK, which provides developers with various Functions introduced into the game), management platform (user management, viewing game data and key indicators, management tasks, tournaments, etc.), etc. That is to say, compared with game chains such as xai and ronin, magic tries to create its own characteristics.
With the development of Arbitrum Stylus, more developers are using the language they are familiar with to build games. Treasure Chain plans to use Arbitrums cross-chain messaging to connect with other games in the Arbitrum ecosystem, which can further develop the Arbitrum game ecosystem. The Treasue chain will also be built using Stylus and adopt the DAC model, which is the Data Availability Committee, to store on-chain data and reduce costs. The committee members in DAC are initially composed of well-known organizations in the infrastructure and gaming fields and need to be approved by DAO voting. The sorter was initially maintained by the core contributors of Treasure DAO. At the same time, it was planned to propose to the DAO that the income from the sorter would be burned (the income collected from magic would cause magic deflation, and the degree of deflation was related to the income of the sorter). 3.Magic and Treasure chain management and economic mechanism
Treasure DAO is managed by magic holders, and major decisions about the Treasure chain are made through the DAO method, including decisions such as DAC approval, chain launch, and sorter income burning.

Finally, the testnet of the Treasure chain is planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2024; the mainnet is planned to be launched in the third quarter of 2024.
