Mask Network has long been committed to the construction of Web 3 social ecology and the support of the development of Web 3 public goods.
The Mask Grant program aims to fund selected projects and enhance their value in the Web 3 or Mask Network ecosystem. With rich product building experience, good reputation and extensive resource connections, Mask DAO will promote the accelerated growth of the entire Grant project ecology through resource sharing and mutual collaboration.
Mask Network is very pleased to announce the list of the first batch of Mask Grant selected projects, and donate $10,000 worth of $MASK tokens to each selected project. After several rounds of screening, a total of 18 projects were selected for this round of donations.
In the social area, we were delighted to see that the 9 selected projects came from different directions. Including DID wallets, feed streaming protocols, data analysis tools and platforms, and Web 3 identities, these projects highlight the vibrant and diverse development of the Web 3 social space.
In addition to social, Mask Grant attaches great importance to the development of Web 3 public goods and is willing to provide continuous support. In this round of donations, 9 projects are in the social direction, and 9 are public goods (non-social direction). It is worth noting that we do not require projects in the direction of public goods to have any connection with the Mask social ecology.
In the field of public goods, the 9 selected projects come from a broader field, including creation platforms, entrepreneurial communities, Rollup, Web 3 note-taking tools, security solutions, wallet tools, and decentralized science. These public goods are fully supported It reflects the concept that Mask has been committed to building the entire Web 3 world.
At the same time, 18 selected projects come from China, the United States, Russia, Japan, France, Germany and other countries and regions; this also shows Mask Grant's active support for the regional diversity of Web 3 development.

Notfellows is a community of outstanding young builders who are 100% crypto-native and distributed around the world. 3. Moonshot Commons Moonshot Workshop
Moonshot Commons was founded in early 2021 when more than 20 young Gen-Z engineers decided to get together and do something a little different. They built a brain-computer interface application, rocket propulsion and many other interesting small projects in three days, and a year later, the Moonshot Workshop has formed a vibrant community of engineers. OpSci's mission is to incubate the development of web-native tools for scientific identity, reputation and credential management. OpSci will work closely with the community to integrate existing Web 3 technologies with academic account and credential systems.
The goals of OpSci include seamless login with traditional Web 2 systems, low-threshold zero-knowledge account creation, cryptographic verification of linked identities, creation of a publicly available distributed, immutable and versioned social graph, imported activity profiles, Papers, databases. The developed tools will be made available as open source in a distributable format and as a free or minimal cost service to early adopters of DeSci.
Mask Network continues to support the expansion of non-profit organizations in various fields in the encryption world, and hopes that OpSci can bring changes to the scientific research field through Web 3.
Mask Network would not be what it is today without the support of our partners, so we decided to pass on the spirit of mutual support in the Web 3 world.
