Thank you very much for your support for Dolphin Testnet V1. We have received a lot of constructive feedback and have made improvements to the product based on that feedback.
From the data point of view, since the Dolphin testnet V1 version was launched, the number of transfers has exceeded 33,000.
Among them, there are about 7,800 private minting transactions, and 3,741 private transfers and redemptions. Such data also demonstrates the potential of MantaPay as a private payment product.
Our next chapter will be the Dolphin Testnet V2 version, which brings the following three main improvements:
Permanent address: Unlike the V1 version, the privacy address of the V2 version is permanent. This also means that you can share your address online to receive transfers while enjoying privacy protection: the zero-knowledge feature of zkSNARK will provide you with on-chain privacy protection.
Faster generation times for zero-knowledge proofs: Our cryptography team has improved protocol design and cryptography primitives including commitments and hash functions (we'll detail these improvements later). Based on these improvements, your computer can generate zero-knowledge proofs 5-10 times faster, so everyone can enjoy a smoother experience.

Version Migration Plan
We hope that users of the V1 version can keep their test account balances in the V2 version. Of course, not even the Manta team can know your account balance! If you want to keep the testnet balance, we recommend that you redeem all private tokens for public tokens before 08:00 on March 27, Beijing time.
