3. What kind of projects are easier to pass the review
Pomelo focuses on funding public goods. A public good is both non-excludable and non-rivalrous. Non-excludability means that normal users cannot be prevented from obtaining or using the product because they have not paid for it. Non-rivalry means that one person's use neither prevents the use of others nor reduces the availability of others. A business is not a public good. But the core technology a firm builds to enable its own business and that of others is a public good.

The most common reason why a project does not qualify as a public good is because the project focuses more on commercial interests than public goods. Remember, Pomelo is not a venture capital platform for pitching companies or projects, Pomelo is for the community to help fund public goods.
If your project does not directly qualify as a public good, it does not mean that your project is bad or that you are no longer eligible to participate. You have the opportunity to revise proposals to find real public goods projects.
Pomelo's goal is to build a more open collaborative environment in the EOS ecosystem. Encourage projects to build core components that can be reused by other members of the community, rather than behind closed doors.text
