Manta’s token sale will be conducted on the public offering platform Tokensoft. It will be divided into two rounds, and both of them need to be whitelisted to participate. Whitelist winners will receive registration and KYC verification links by email. The registration and KYC processing window opened on October 19th and will continue until November 9th.
The first round: Token distribution is guaranteed
Participants in the first round of Manta public offering enjoy a certain amount of investment, that is to say, all community members who have obtained the first round of whitelist can get 100% token distribution as long as they participate in the subscription.

Second round: first come first served
Community members entering the second round follow the principle of first-come-first-served. Queuing will start 4 hours before the start of the second round of public offering. Each person who enters will be assigned a random number. Say, queuing 4 hours early does not guarantee that you have a greater chance of getting a token allocation than queuing 10 minutes early. However, if you participate in the queue after the public offering starts, the number will be queued behind other people, and we will give priority to ensuring the quota allocation for those who enter the queue before the public offering starts.

How to get the whitelist
Each round requires a whitelist to participate, and different members have different ways of obtaining the whitelist.
Whitelist registration will start on October 12 and end on October 17, a total of 5 days. Each KYC identity can only get one opportunity to participate.
