Thanks to the popularity of DeFi and NFT concepts in the first half of 2021, blockchain users are no longer unfamiliar with the on-chain world. From downloading decentralized wallets to quickly playing with "Yield Farming" farms, the increasingly rich user experience on the chain has spawned more practical needs. Choosing the underlying infrastructure with high cost performance and good user experience is the primary consideration for users and developers factor.
Moonbeam is committed to enabling developers and users to enjoy the optimal experience of using Ethereum in the Polkadot multi-chain ecosystem, while connecting Polkadot and Ethereum, two major decentralized traffic giants. Moonbeam’s pioneering network, Moonriver, is now in the pre-launch stage. How to participate in the Moonbeam ecosystem first, obtain more resource traffic, and grasp the next multi-chain trend?

What is Moonbeam?
Moonbeam is a developer-oriented parallel chain and smart contract development platform, which can realize full compatibility with EVM, Ethereum common development tool chains similar to Truffle, Remix, etc., and Web3 RPC.
Developers can use Moonbeam to easily deploy or migrate Solidity projects and achieve cross-chain compatibility, and benefit from the relevant functions and development toolchains of Substrate compatible chains.

Develop and deploy projects with Solidity on Moonbeam
The most direct way to participate in the Moonbeam ecosystem is to develop projects on its platform, or to deploy or migrate existing projects on the Ethereum chain to Moonbeam.
The core feature of Moonbeam is full compatibility with EVM, which is also one of the core conveniences of the Polkadot ecosystem for developers. Developers can use the familiar Solidity language and Ethereum-based development tools such as Truffle, Remix, Hardhat, Metamask, etc. for direct development, and then only need to point the deployment target to the Moonbeam network to deploy the project on Moonbeam.
Interested friends can learn more about how to start developing on Moonbeam through the Moonbeam developer documentation.

Run the Moonbeam node
Moonbeam is a public chain based on the Substrate framework. As a public chain, Moonbeam will fully open the authority to run nodes after the initial deployment phase is completed. Moonbeam nodes can be roughly divided into two types: full nodes and collector nodes.
Running a Moonbeam full node enables you to connect to the Moonbeam network, sync with bootnodes, gain local access to RPC endpoints, create blocks on parachains, and many more different functions. On the basis of the full node, the collector node enables the Collate function, and then more directly participates in the integration of user transactions and block writing.
If you are interested in running a Moonbeam full node, you can learn more about and test it through the Moonbeam developer documentation. If you have a certain technical background and operational experience, and want to become a Moonbeam collector node, please read:

Become a Moonbeam Ambassador
The Moonbeam Ambassadors plan to form a big family that has a strong interest in the Polkadot ecosystem and wants to work closely with the Moonbeam team to promote the development of the Moonbeam community. Nearly 800 people have joined Moonbeam's global ambassadors, and the ambassador team covers 13 countries and regions around the world.
Our Moonbeam ambassadors come from all walks of life, have technical backgrounds, or experience in other industries. They are blockchain enthusiasts who are studying at school, and they are also senior leaders in the industry.
Ambassador tasks will vary based on each person's skills and strengths, but may include writing various articles, contributing code or online tutorials to the Moonbeam community, hosting or attending conferences, or giving speeches on behalf of Moonbeam.
If you are interested in participating in the Moonbeam Ambassador Program, please read:
