Because the parachain auction follows the "candle auction" model to select the winner of the parachain slot, it means that the slot auction will randomly end within seven days of booking, which is when the candle "extinguishes".
The first two days of the auction, for the second round of slot auctions, are from June 22 to 23, which is the opening period, which means that crowd lending will "absolutely" not end at this point in time. All KSM contributed during this period will be counted towards Moonriver's crowdlending bid for Kusama network slots.
The closing period will begin as the auction progresses to the third to seventh day (June 24th to June 29th). The system will pick and go back to a random date and time. The winner of the auction will be selected from the highest bidder at a randomly selected time.
Then, according to the auction rules of the Kusama network, the winner will announce the random end time and block height after the auction period ends, that is to say, you will not know the end time of the current round of auction until "one week" later!
