Welcome to Injective's monthly update!

March has been a fast-paced month for us #MarchMadness with more progress than ever.

We partnered with Burnt Banksy to enable one of the most groundbreaking NFT initiatives in history. After that, the exclusive Injective NFT program is in full swing this month.

All of these achievements are made possible by the rock-solid support of our strong community. Read below to learn more about what's happening in March and what's next.

1. Helped launch the unprecedented plan to burn the original Banksy book and turn it into an NFT, which made headlines in Forbes, CBS, Bloomberg, BBC News, TechCrunch, and many other mainstream media.

2. Launched Injective exclusive NFT.

3. During the Pre-Staking period, more than 20,000,000 USD tokens were pledged on the Equinox test network, and the official Staking was launched afterwards. To help our users with this major development, we have released the Staking Operations Guide on YouTube and Weibo.

4. Successfully introduced genesis verification nodes, such as Figment, HashQuark, Citadel.One and Audit One.

5. Upgraded Injective order book with frequent batch auction model.

8. We have expanded the community through a series of activities. The Discord server has been fully upgraded. INJ has successfully launched the Monolith wallet. 2. Injective NFT launch

Users can Farm Injective NFTs, which will provide them with unique perks, such as an increased chance of receiving unexpected token drops when staking on Equinox. We will also explore the creation and trading of NFTs on the Injective chain. Under our unique Layer-2 architecture, NFTs can be traded quickly and with 0 gas fees.

3.Equinox Staking

Earlier this month, we launched Equinox Pre-Staking as the first step in the Injective Equinox Staking competition. Pre-Staking enables users to transfer their ERC-20 INJ tokens into Injective and start earning. To further reward the patience of the community, we have also increased the benchmark APY to 15%.

In total, more than $20 million in tokens were staked in just two days after the Pre-Staking launch.

After that, we officially launched the highly anticipated Equinox Staking to the public. This milestone marks the first time users can interact with the native Injective chain, which offers powerful features such as zero gas fees and fast transaction times.https://staking.injective.network/

4. New genesis verification nodes join Equinox Staking

Figment

We have introduced a new genesis validator for Equinox staking. Before mainnet launch, these validators will play a key role in testing our network parameters, such as reward distribution and network security. Read more about them below.

HashQuark

Figment is one of the world's largest blockchain infrastructure providers with over 30 years of experience providing secure data center, cloud and software solutions. They have extensive experience supporting networks such as Celo, Flow, and Chainlink.

Citadel.One

HashQuark is the largest validator in Asia and part of the digital asset management company HashKey Group, which is the main validator for projects such as Polkadot, Klaytn and Kusama.

Audit One

Audit One is a well-known proof-of-stake infrastructure provider and validator with an extensive roster of PoS networks and proficiency in Tendermint-based chains.

5. Injective order book transaction upgrade

By doing this, we were able to create an entirely new trading model that, in addition to maintaining fast trading times, also enables tighter spreads with higher liquidity close to market prices.

6. Injective CTO welcomes Tendermint scholarship

8. Community Development

Community engagement is high this month. We've made major improvements to our official Discord server, adding brand new channels dedicated to events, educational resources, global communities, and more.

INJ is added to Monolith, the world's first DeFi wallet and supports Visa debit cards to spend crypto assets anywhere.
