Odaily News BioSig Technologies, a Nasdaq-listed medical device technology company, announced that it has merged with Streamex Exchange Corporation, another Nasdaq-listed company, and also signed a financing agreement of up to $1.1 billion to advance the development of RWA tokenization business, promote the $142 trillion commodity market chain and focus on gold tokenization. It is reported that the company will sell $100 million worth of senior secured convertible bonds and $1 billion equity credit line. The transaction is jointly led by Tether asset custodian Cantor Fitzgerald. (Businesswire)
