Odaily News According to Cointelegraph, Paul Atkins, chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), said that the formulation of future cryptocurrency-related policies will adopt an open rule-making process rather than through law enforcement actions. Atkins emphasized that this process will be carried out through a "Notice and Comment" method to ensure that the public can participate in policy making and put forward opinions.
