Revolut Launches Bitcoin Lightning Payments in European Markets

Odaily News Digital bank Revolut announced that it will cooperate with Lightspark to launch a payment function based on the Bitcoin Lightning Network in the UK and some European Economic Area countries. This move aims to use Lightspark's payment infrastructure to reduce transaction fees and speed up payment processing. Lightspark is a company led by former PayPal executive David Marcus, focusing on building a global payment solution based on the Bitcoin Lightning Network. At present, Revolut has not announced the specific launch time of this function. (CoinDesk)
