Privacy-focused high-performance blockchain Miden announces $25 million seed round led by a16z

Odaily News Miden, a privacy blockchain project co-founded by former Meta engineer Bobbin Threadbare, recently announced the completion of a $25 million seed round of financing, led by a16z's crypto division, Hack VC and 1kx. Other investors include Finality Capital Partners, Symbolic Capital and well-known angel investors such as Aptos co-founder Avery Ching. The financing is in the form of equity and token warrants, and 10% of Miden's future cryptocurrency will be allocated to Polygon token holders. Miden aims to maintain high performance and decentralization while protecting transaction privacy through zero-knowledge proof technology. (Fortune)
