Odaily News Plume Network, a full-stack RWAfi chain building team, announced the appointment of B. Salman Banaei as its new general counsel, who will lead the development of legal, policy and compliance strategies to support Plume's collaboration with more than 180 institutions to expand its real-world asset (RWAs) service network on open blockchain infrastructure. Salman Banaei previously served as a senior special counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and also served as assistant general counsel and policy director of Uniswap Labs, and held similar positions at Chainalysis and IHS Markit (now S&P Global).
