CZ shares his investment experience in his new book: focus on fundamentals, long-term bets, and investing in founders with a sense of mission

Odaily News CZ posted a message saying that he would share his investment experience on the Reachme platform: "I stay away from fancy models. I never buy ideas. Ideas are worthless. Execution is the key. This is something I have written before: My investment philosophy includes three key principles: 1. Focus on fundamentals: Forget those fancy business models. Instead, focus on the essence: products, user growth, revenue/profit and team strength; 2. Bet on the long term, get in early and hold: early adopters usually get disproportionate returns. There will be many failures along the way, but the few successes are enough to make up for them. The best way is to hold investments for the long term, because major successes like Amazon or Google develop over time. Setbacks and short-term failures, such as Terra, are part of the journey; 3. Invest in founders with a sense of mission: Invest in founders and teams who have a vision beyond profit. Great companies come from a mission-driven mindset, because founders who focus on money often waver after achieving moderate success. Those who are committed to greater causes create more sustainable and influential businesses."
