<p>Odaily News Lawyers for former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky asked to postpone his sentencing by one month from April 8, 2025 to May 8, 2025. They said in a document submitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York: "The defense wants to ensure that there is sufficient time to prepare a sentencing statement that accurately expresses Mr. Mashinsky's views on his criminal behavior and the many other factors that the court will consider in weighing the appropriate sentence."
