The team said: "The company is preparing to open international offices, expand BlockFills product offerings, and prepare for significant growth in the institutional digital asset sector. Shelly has more than 30 years of financial services management experience, including six years as Chief Financial Officer of the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), the world's largest equity derivatives clearing agency. Shelly is a licensed CPA and has received numerous recognitions." In addition, founding partner Neil Van Huis was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer.
