Telegram founder holds citizenship of Russia, France, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and the United Arab Emirates

Odaily News Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov became a French citizen in August 2021. He moved Telegram to Dubai in 2017, and according to French media reports, he also obtained citizenship of the United Arab Emirates, in addition to being a citizen of the twin-island Caribbean nation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
