A whale bought nearly 100 Pudgy Penguins at the BendDAO auction, presumably to save bad debts

Odaily News On-chain data shows that a newly created wallet withdrew 1,069 ETH from Binance and purchased 93 Pudgy Penguins at an average price of 8.8 ETH at the BendDAO auction, which currently stands at 910.47 ETH, or about $3.19 million. Arcade.xyz consultant Cirrus said that it is suspected that a whale/fund is trying to save BendDAO's bad debts. Blur data shows that the floor price of Pudgy Penguins is currently 9.196 ETH, a 7-day drop of 12.54%.
