London Court of Appeal Held Hearing on Lawsuit Against 6 Exchanges Delisting BSV
2024-06-05 10:55
Odaily News The London Court of Appeal held a hearing on the lawsuit against several exchanges for delisting BSV. BSV Claims Ltd asked six defendants to pay $9 billion in compensation to BSV holders because the delisting of BSV caused these holders to miss growth opportunities. The defendants argued that BSV investors could have sold their BSV tokens in 2019 and bought another cryptocurrency, so they should not be compensated because they could have taken reasonable measures to avoid "losses." The defendants also claimed that BSV token holders were not locked in, so they could sell and buy other cryptocurrencies at any time. The case will last three days.
