Odaily News District Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York has granted a request by SBF’s defense attorneys to allow SBF to use a laptop without an Internet connection to take notes during next month’s trial, but it cannot be taken out of the courtroom. A paralegal will be assigned to bring the laptop to the court each morning and retrieve it from the SBF after the trial. The trial is scheduled to begin on October 3. In addition, the judge also approved SBF to wear a suit in court. (CoinDesk)
