Odaily News The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission issued an announcement, noting that a virtual asset trading platform called JPEX actively promotes the platforms services and products to the Hong Kong public through social media influencers and over-the-counter virtual asset currency exchangers. The SFC clarified that none of the entities under the JPEX Group have been licensed by the SFC, and have not applied for a license from the SFC to operate a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.
