Odaily News: The lawyer for FTX founder SBF submitted a motion for pretrial release for the second time, citing poor network conditions in prison. The SBF legal team argued that poor network conditions hampered their defense preparations, resulting in wasted time, and that official promises to allow SBF to use laptops between 8am and 7pm on weekdays were not fulfilled.
