SBFs defense team has sought to have him temporarily released or given more computer access to mount a defense, saying his Sixth Amendment rights were violated; while prosecutors insist they revoked bail last month on public safety grounds. In response, defense attorneys wrote that the scheme did not work in practice, and Judge Lewis Kaplan ordered SBFs team to detail what they believed to be inaccuracies.
