近日，济南市历城区人民法院审结了一起因购买虚拟货币引发的合同纠纷，判决驳回马某某的诉讼请求。马某某不服提起上诉，二审维持原判。法官提示，从监管政策来看，我国对虚拟代币发行、融资、交易、炒作的行为一直是严禁的态度。购买虚拟货币的行为在我国不受法律保护，由此签订的相关协议亦不受法律保护。虚拟货币是一般股票波动的数倍，不乏杠杆参与者财务“一夜被洗劫”，难以用传统的基本面、估值方法进行分析进行分析等，其更像是另类投机品，并不适合普通投资者。普通投资者应当保护个人财产，远离虚拟货币。（齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点）
